On average, you’ll receive your first video within 72 hours or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

We use a unique browser based software that allows us to hop on a video call with you and to record your video feed. The video is uploaded while you are on the call. Once you disconnect, we will no longer have access to or be able to see your camera. It’s very similar to a Zoom call and works on your computer using an internet browser or on Android and iOS devices using an app.

Nope! We can certainly make recommendations for affordable lighting setups when you have your initial content planning session. Otherwise we will work with what you have available to you. As long as you have a room with some lighting or a window that can be quiet for 60 minutes, you can record videos.

Occasionally a spelling error or technological quirk may fall through the cracks and we will of course provide a revision. Our editors strive to make the best edits possible using their expertise to determine music, text and images to use in the video. While we don’t include revisions, if you’re unhappy about something, please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
